Visa for my niece

Hi, I am planning to take on a job in China in the near future. I have a relative who has been with me since young age and helping me take care of my children. Now my children (who will be under dependent visa) would really like her to come with us, especially due to the strong bonding they have about each other. Is there a way you can suggest so that I can bring her with us? Your advise is very much appreciated.

So, she is not your immediate relative, she can not apply for the dependent visa. You need help from your employer, and let her enter China with an L visa, multiple entry visa is the best, your employer can also help her with visa extension.
