I am applying for Z visa while traveling in and out of China within the 15days limit. any other way?

If you have had a China Z visa, you must have applied for a temoporary residence permit from the local public security bureau within 30 days of your entry to China. Then you may just exit and enter China with the residence permit for umlimited times within its validity, no need to apply for any other visa.
