You still need a Chinese visa to enter Mainland China. You can't use a Taiwan visa to enter China.

Philippine Citizens travelling to taiwan for leisure/sight seeing, must apply visa prior entering Taiwan ROC. There is a special case there in Asian countries will be Visa-Exempt. This is if you have a valid Permanent Residency Status or Valid Tourist Visa of the ff countries namely: USA, Australia, Japan, New Zealand & Schengen Countries (Europe). Before your travel to Taiwan you must obtain Online Travel Approval. Upon entering Taiwan, the Visa you have registered on the website must be valid upon arrival. [This exepmtion applies to Philippine Citizens who have not work in Taiwan as a Blue Collar Worker]
