Hong kong and Taiwan Visa

i am a indian working in singapore.my company will arrange trip for me hong kong and taiwan, currently i am singapore S pass holder . i need hongkong and taiwan VISA pls explain what are the things i need to follow.

You don't need a visa to Hong Kong if the stay in Hong Kong is less than 14 days.
