She needs to apply for a China tourist visa with 60 days stay duration in China. The requirements are:
1. her passport valid for at least 6 months
2. one recent passport photo
3. filled visa application form V.2011A and V.2011B
4. the round-trip flight tickets and hotel booking in China (her employer needs to get them for her)
5. the Taiwan residence permit or other document to prove its legal status

There is no office in Taiwan to deal with China visa application, her employer needs to find a qualified travel agency in Taiwan to obtain a China visa from Hong Kong. The visa application will be mailed to Hong Kong for processing.
