Do Ghana citizens need visa to Hong Kong?

Please can you explain it to me i don't understand just now i check free countries to enter Hong kong without visa i saw Ghana is among of them but i read a comments one guy from Ghana asking to go to Hong kong for holidays the replier reply him that he must to have visa before going to Hong kong. Please can you explain it to me because am now in China i want to go there for holidays. thank you for you answer.
