the time to go when the blossoms are in full bloom?

Also I apologise as the previous question I hit the thumbs down page, and could not change same. Also I am looking at taking in total five people to China next year. I am planning to have wedding photos taken with my wife at West Lake so that is why i want to have the blossum trees in full blome.

Secondly we plan to stay in China for two weeks. Say five days at West Lake maybe in an apartment with three rooms as we are taking our elderly parents, or three hotel rooms. We also want to vist the Terracotta warriors, great wall of china. So do you arrange for private tours for a group of five people? The great difficulty we have is my father is very sick and his travel days depend on his health.
