need help on my itinerary PLEASE..

please comment, im really torn :) we'll be arriving in macau this aug 14..
1. Ole London Hotel to Senado Square - we can just walk right?
2.fisherman's wharf
3. walk to Kun Iam shrine
4. Venetian - now, how do we go to venetian from Kun Iam statue? walk back to ferry terminal to catch the hotel's shuttle? or maybe we should go to kun iam statue first? :)
5. 2nd day: Ole London Hotel to A-ma temple - which bus?
6. Penha Hill - is this very near A-ma?
7. Taipa
8. Coloane
9. I would like to see Guai hill and macau tower too, but im not so sure if it can still fit on the sched..
10. Also we'll be going to HK - Is Firt Ferry ok? because Turbojet is much popular on the net, our last stop in HK will be in TST, and then we have to go back at midnight, and im thinking First ferry is a lot practical since it's nearer unlike Turbojet which is in Central
