About:Chinese Embassy in India

Do I need to show the BANK STATEMENT when I apply for a China L VISA?

From 16th March 2009, Indian Passport holders applying for first time Tourist Visa are required to submit Original Bank Certificate with minimum balance of Rs 1.5 lacks. I am a graduate student from Chongqing medical university . i just want to go there for meeting my friends and teachers . do i still need to show my bank balance ?

you'd better prepare a bank statement for your China visa application this time. Because your previous one is a student visa for study.
