About:Power Plugs / Sockets in China

I am moving to Guangzhou China from America

I am moving to Guangzhou China from America. If I buy an adapter for the American to Chinese plug do I also need to buy a transformer too? Or could I just stick the chinese adapter in, plug in an extension cord and just go with that?

You need both. If just for your pc, digital camera, no necessary to use transformer. If for other electrict appliance, need transformer.
