About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto
I'm a Finnish citizen in Canada, which visa for studying? X visa or F visa?
I'm applying for a visa to study in China for 5 months. My admission notice from Tongji University tells me to apply for an X visa. Everywhere on the internet I find that for studying for less than 6months I should apply for an F visa. Which one should I apply for?
And if I have to apply for the X visa, where can I get the required forms for the physical examination, and where can I commit the examination itself? Neither the Chinese embassy and the Toronto consulate have any info or the required form.
Also, I'm a Finnish citizen and my exchange agreement is from a Finnish university. Does this result in anything unusual during the application process?
