About:China Visa

I have a Canadian passport as well as my old Chinese one. Do I need any special visa to visit Mainland China and Hongkong?

I just got my Cdn passport and still have my Chinese one since I became a Canadian citizen about four years ago. I'm travelling to China and Hong Kong for two months. Will I need any special visa to visit family? Can my travel agent make these arrangements?

You don't need any special visa to visit family in China, you just need to apply a tourist visa to China, your travel agent can make arrangements. Besides your Canadian passport, one passport photo, completed visa application form V.2011A, you also need to provide original Chinese passport or photocopies of the Canadian passport before renewal with all records of Chinese visas on it.

You don't need a visa to Hong Kong.
