June is one of the hottest months in Taiwan with the highest temperature up to around 38℃.  It is also the typoon season in Taiwan. There are most rainy days during this month.  When traveling there, you need to wear summer cool clothes like short-sleeved T-shirts and shorts. Better bring an umbrella with you. Pay close attention to the weather forecast.
