visa for shenzhen and macau

we are planning to travel to hongkong , shenzhen and macau (tourist) with out getting all the visa from india as hongkong visa will be easily available on arrival on hongkong airport but the only question is that can we get er the visa for shenzhen and macau from hongkong airport on arrival or we have to get the visa for shenzhen and macau from india only before travelling.
