Hello. I went to the Houjie Terminal location (next to Goumei Hotel) to ask about the service going to Shenzhen Airport. They were telling me I CAN NOT take the bus from there to Shenzhen Airport - that I had to buy a airline ticket from them to use the service.

I am confused. Is it possible or not possible to get a bus from Houjie area to Shenzhen Airport?
