Can I apply a Chinese Visa in Hongkong for my friends?

Hi,

Applying for a Chinese Visa in Hong Kong (Wan Chai office), can you apply for more than one person, i.e. yourself and for a friend or two and is there a limit for the number of people you can represent and/or the type of visa you can apply for?
