Goody Day! I will be visiting Macau from Hongkong for a day trip. I was wondering where I will go first and so on and so forth. . Can someone please help me make an itenerary? Please include the bus rides I need to take. Thanks!

For one-day macau tour from Hk, you can take the free shuttle to venetian first, and then take bus no. 26A to New road to vist Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square, Monte Fort, Rise Hall, Macau Museum, and then walk to Hotel Lisboa Macau to take free shuttle back to the port.
