Hi, I read somewhere that I can reach the Summer Palace by boat. It should start from the Zoo. Do you know the price of the ticket? From where it starts exactly? A timetable maybe? DOes the boat has a number or a name? Thanks

The ticket fare is about CNY40 including the entrance fee of Beijing Zoo but not the entrance fee of Summer Palace. It starts from Boat port of Beijing Zoo and goes to nanmen port outside of Summer palace. There is a boat every hour from 10:00 to 16:00 daily. The boat only operates from April 1 to Octtober 31.
