yes if you have previous visa(sticker) to china and holding a hotel voucher and return ticket. but they allow 5 days only in xiamen

I want to double check, I have got chinese visa (sticker) before on 2009, can I apply VOA in Xiamen for business trip ? How much we should bear the cost.

Sorry, I don't think you can apply for that because there is no VOA for Xiamen.
