Hi there, happy new year!  Just want to know if anyone has stayed in any farm house in Badaling.  Can you recommend a name or two?  thanks!

I have been there but I didn't go to a farmhouse there. My suggestion is going back to the city center. A few hours at Badaling are enough. If you go there in the morning, no problem to get back in the afternoon. Not necessary to stay there. If you are planing a hiking tour to Mutianyu, Jiankou sections of the great wall, you may consider a night stay ther.
