About:China Great Wall

I know that Qinshihuang had people built the wall. But I want to know who was actually in charge of the project? Thanks very much, I'm doing a research on it.

As I know, Qinshihuang ordered General Mengtian(蒙恬）to connect the walls of the former states together. So that's Mentian who was actually in charge of the construction project.
