Well, taking a bus from Pudong Airport to Wuxi should be the easiest. Of course, it is nice to experience the Maglev. So, firstly you have to the Maglev to its terminal at Longyang Road and then transfer to the subway Line 2 to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station. Here, you could take a high-speed train to Wuxi.

Since Hongqiao Railway Station is far from Longyang Road, you could take subway Line 2 to the People's Square and then transfer to Line 1 to Shanghai Railway Station. Some time will be save. This railway station also operates trains to Wuxi.

Anyway, you'd better choose one of the Shanghai Trains(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/shanghai-schedule.htm) to Wuxi in terms of your own situation.
