I am planning to visit Ice Festival Harbin from 26th-30th December 2010. Will I be able to see the Ice sculptures around that time?

As far as i know, the Harbin Ice Festival is from Jan 05 to Feb 28, 2011, but you can see the Ice sculptures at the end of December.
