About:Great Wall Travel - 8 Key Concerns

Hi, is there a law or regulation that stops the possibility to make more entrances/exits at the wall to create more accessibility to toilets and sales of water?
Is is possible to visit the wall when you are in a wheelchair?

I can not help with the regulation problem but I know you can visit the wall in a wheelchair, going up by cable car, but impossible to walk along the wall.
