About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

We are arriving in HL airport on 2 Dec, so with our Jetstar ticket, we can take free airport express train to Kowloon?

No, the Airport Express Train is not free, it costs HKD90 or HKD100. The free shuttle bus is for passengers transport from Kowloon and Hong Kong Airport Express Train Station to their hotels. This service is for a limited number of hotels, so you should firstly take Airport Express Train to Kowloon Station or Hong Kong Station and then take the free shuttle bus service.
