About:Shenzhen Travel

Hi!

I have a couple of questons.

What is the timing for visa office at Luohu as I'm arriving at HK at 5.00pm.(it would take me approximately 2-3 hrs to get to the Luohu border - I'm assuming). It would just help me decide if I should stay in HK for the night or head to Shenzhen the same evening.

I'd also like to know what documents are required to apply for the SEZ visa for Indian nationality.

I'm staying at Sunflower Residence in the Futian District so how far is that from the Louhu border and what is the best way to get there.

I plan on seeing WOW and Splendid China while during my stay - would appreciate any information on how to get there from my hotel.

Lastly, which is the best place to buy plus sized clothing in Shenzhen.

Hi, Luohu visa office closes around 5pm. While Luohu border closes at 24:00. You have enough time to pass the border to Shenzhen.

Now, you need to apply China Visa in advance in your country and you need the following documents:
Applicant's passport valid for at least six months with at least 2 blank visa pages.
One recent passport size photograph.
One Passport photocopy.

If you want to apply a L-visa, you also need:
A: Covering letter from applicant's company or employer addressed to the visa office.
B: Photocopy of a confirmed return air ticket

From Luohu Border to Sunflower Residence, you can walk to the west aquare of Shenzhen Railway Station and take bus 28. Get off at Shixia School and walk towards east to Shixiabeiyi Jie. Then walk along Shixiabeiyi Jie to north for about 500m, you will find the hotel. Or, it is about 10km from Luohu Border to the hotel, you can directly take a taxi to the hotel from the border.

From you hotel to WOW: walk to the Shopping Park to take subway line 1 and get off at the WOW.
From hotel to Splendid China: Also take subway line 1 and get off at Huaqiao City. Get out of the station from Exit-D and walk about 200m along Shennan Dadao toward east, you will come to Splendid China.

You can go to Nanyang or Haiyan Clothing Wholesale Market for a look. Both of then are located at Jiabin Lu, Luohu District.
