I will be visiting Veijing this Nov. 12, 2010. What clothes will i bring, what's the weather?. I will be staying at Days Inn hotel, how far is the forbidden city from my hotel. How do i get there? Is Tianamen square far form my hotel? How do i get there?

You need to wear some warm clothes, such as overcoats and boots.It is about 5km from the hotel to the Forbidden City. There is no direct bus or you need to walk long to take the bus, thus you'd better take a taxi to get to the Forbidden City. The Tiananmen Square is near to the Forbidden City. You can walk there from the Forbidden City.
