We are a family of 4 arriving Friday 22nd October.  Can you confirm that there is easy access to the airport express  ie no stairs and that there is room for the luggage in the train carriages.  Would we be eligible for the Group of 4 offer and is the customer service desk in the airport building or the station.  many thanks

The access to the airport express station is easy, but you still need to walk some distance, since the train station is between the T1 and T2 building, and there are luggages on the train, also the customer service desk is at the train station.
