Hi,I am going to catch the subway from Pu Dong Airport to Hongqiao airport at about 6 am, is the subway open? and is it true that line 2 takes about 2 hours to arrive in Hongqiao? How much is a taxi from Pu dong to Hongqiao? Thank you.

The first train will leave from Pudong Airport at 06:30, so you could use it. Yes, it is true that the train will take you about 2 hours on the way. If you take taxi, it will take you about one hours and CNY300.
