I am planning on taking the Maglev to reach the main city but had a query. I will be staying at Guang Dong Road close to the World trade tower and was wondering if I can get a pre-paid taxi at the Langyong Maglev station or do I need to take a normal cab? Also how much would be the charges for both. I will actually prefer a pre-paid cab since it is my first time in China.

Hi, you will find many taxies outside the Maglev station. You have no need to get a prepaid taxi. The taxi fare is about CNY30-40 from Longyang Station to Guangdong Lu.
