Yes, you need to apply for 1 year multiple-entry China visa, then you can enter and exit Mainland China for many times, but you have to exit Mainland China when stay duration per entry is up.

the stay duration per entry is generally 30 days, 60 days or 90 days, you have to exit China every 30 days, 60 days or 90 days, it is up to the stay duration per entry on your visa.
