My Uncle is arriving to Tianjin by the new high-speed train to go to the seaport to board a cruise ship.  He speaks english.  What is the best way for him to travel to the seaport?  Thx

You can go to C-bus-platform underground the front Square of Tianjin Railway Station. Take Bus 9 Yangliuqing to Xingang and get off at the third road od Xingang.
