we are about to sign a contract with this company "Tianjin Sierra Chemical Enterprise Corporation", can we trust this company? reliable? thanks for your great help.

Didn't find its offcial website. This company has advertised very well on the internet. It is hard to say if it is worth your trust. If they have contact number, just make some calls. So far, there are many small foreign trade companies. When you do business with them, you should be very cautious. See, many foreigners have been cheated.
