Ms.SHAI, I think that it is not hard for you to get Chinese L visa because your husband is Chinese and you are not the first time applicant to China. Is you passport with chinese stamped visa or visa sticker? If there is Chinese visa stickers on your passport, you just need submit the following documents:
1. Applicant's passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.

2. A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-size or 2x2 colored photo, with white background, full-face front view, and no hat. Photo must be glued on the application form. Stapled pictures will not be accepted. Scanned photos will also not be accepted.

3. A copy of the round-trip plane ticket

4. invitation letter with a copy of your husband's Chinese national identity card.

You can stay in China for 30 days if you get L visa to return to Mainland China, then you can extend it for two times, 90 days stay duration in China in total. It is impossible for you to get a chinese ID. If your marriage can be maintained for 5 years, and you stay in China for at least 9 months each year, then you can apply for Permanent Residence permit valid for 5 years or 10 years.
