I will arrive in Hong Kong airport at 7:10. Can I be certain to catch a (Air China) flight from Shenzen airport at 10:55, or is it to little time in between to get my lugage, go through customs and travel to Shenzen airport? If possible, can anyone please recommend the best way to do this?

The thing is that I will fly from Shenzen to Shanghai and then take the (superfast) MagLev train into the city. The MagLev train only operates in high speed certain hours. So to be able to catch the train when it goes at 430 km/h is to take the 10:55 plane from Shenzen airport.
