Hi, I will be flying into Shanghai tomorrow and stopover for just less than 48h, I then continue to Australia, Sydney.Am i right that I DON`T need a visa prior to arrival in Shanghai as I will get visa exemption?(I also dont have a visa for australia yet, as I will get one there upon arrival..)Is it then possible to leave the airport, or would I need a real visa, not just visa exemption?Thanks, Falk

Hi. Yes, you are right. You don't need a visa and possible to leave the airport without a visa.
