I want to go to Harbin this coming year (as a gift to my self for Xmas) to see the Festival/ Sculptures can any one recommend from experience a moderate / safe hotel accommodation. I am a student and you'll know students are poor..LOL
Also is there a tour that may cover the hotel/food/ and part of the festival? Again starving student.. LOL*
