I want to go to Harbin this coming year (as a gift to my self for Xmas)  to see the Festival/ Sculptures can any one recommend from experience a moderate / safe  hotel accommodation. I am a student and you'll know students are poor..LOLAlso is there a tour that may cover the hotel/food/ and part of the festival? Again starving student.. LOL*any help greatly appreciated!

Students donot earn money, LOL.But may i ask about how much you are paying for the hotel?  Or say how much can you afford? It will be easier to find a hotel acoording to budget.
