About:Best Time to Visit Beijing

What's the temperature like in early March 2010? Is it okay if we wear down jacket & not look funny? Is there any sandstorm occurs in March previous years?

Hello
The general temperature in March range from 5～15℃. It is still a bit cold. Sweater and jacket are needed. Usually the sandstorm occurs in March and April.
