Hi there, I am planning to visit shenzhen mid of Nov'09 to shop on fashion and accessories (ex: clothings, bags, etc.). Do you think they will have summer sale next month? I will be going to Louhu as many people say it's a good place to shop, what would you think? do you have any recommendations? do you recommend any good budget hotel in Louhu district?

You could find some summer clothes, but not as many as in summer. Yes, Luohu has some good wholesale markets and shopping streets, so it should be a good place for shopping. As for hotel, you could consider these inn which will cost no more than 200RMB per night. For example, the Home Inn, 7-days~
