About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

hi, i am a holding Indian passport & Permanent Resident of Australia.i want to visit Hongkong for holiday to see my friend.i will stay there for 10days.i need to apply for visa prior taking the flight or i will get a visa on arrival.

Mr.venkat, You needn't a visa to visit Hong Kong. Indian passport holders are exempt from visa to Hong Kong if they stay in Hong Kong for less than 14 days. Therefore, you just need take your valid Indian passport & Permanent Resident of Australia to take the flight.
