What is the Taiwan weather?

I plan to visit taiwan fr 6-15aug this yr. What will the weather be like? will it be too hot and will it rain? thanks

Usually, it is the typhoon season with lots of rainfall in every August. However, the rainfall is lesser and lesser in recent years.
