dear All
I plane to visit shanghai next week and then go to wuxi in jeangzu, so please what is the beast way to go to wuxi is by taxi,or bus,or airplan? also i want to know what is name mobile operator network that cover shanghai and wuxi and how can i get new one and if its GSM network? and what is the price

Well, I think you could take a train to Wuxi. The express train leaving from Shanghai to Wuxi just takes about one hour.

Yes, it is GSM network both in Shanghai and Wuxi. The two large provider is China Mobile and China Unicom. You could purchase a cell phone sim card easily at these stores everywhere. Usually the card is free if you prepaid some bills.
