We thought we would change some money here in the States before we go but while in China, where is the best place to get a good rate of exchange?

You can exchange your currency and travelers check at the banks, banks'cash centers at major airports and hotels. Or exchange your money at Bank of China, the main bank in China to handle foreign currencies with fair exchange rate.
