I will be visiting Harbin for few days, somewhere in March next year. I want to arrange tour to scenic areas and untouristy places in HeiLong Jiang province.

If you are interested in visiting Harbin, you’d start your tour in January or early Feburary to see the ice and snow there. In March, it is not so cold as that in January and February. And some of the ice parks may not be open.
