Are there any travel restrictions for bringing a dog with me?

Yes, one person is allowed to bring only one pet (cat or dog), you should declare for the Administration of Exit & Entry Inspection and Quarantine at the port your board in. You should also show the dog's health certificate issued by authorized organ in original region, ans better attach your ID certificate and dog's photo.
