About:Foreign Embassies & Consulates in China

hi, i would be fly to zxian just to obtain a Policec certificate. After i got the copy, I will be fly to beijing for the authentication right? could you give me the exact address of Beijing Foreign Affairs for the authentication? and also could you give me the instruction what to do first?

Ms.Fine, I search some data, it says the procedures are
Step 1: You get a Police Clearance Certificate in a Police Station of Xian in your residential place in Xian.

Step 2: Go to the Xian Notary Public Office to apply for the Notarization of your Police Clearance Certificate

Step 3: Go to the Authentication Office of Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China to apply Authentication for your Police Clearance Certificate in Chinese and in English

Step 4: You also need apply for Authentication in Embassy of Philippines in Beijing for its Chinese or English version
