About:Visa on Arrival

SZ VOA at SZ Airport

Hello, I've heard that we can get the VOA at SZ airport. I have a Paraguayan passport who is planning to fly from Manila to SZ and continue to Hong Kong. Do you know if that is possible?

No, it is not. Unfortunately, there is no visa office at Shenzhen airport and consequently, you cannot apply and obtain a Shenzhen VOA at Shenzhen airport. In theory you could use 24 hour visa free transit that will look like: Manila - Shenzhen (by plane) - Hong Kong (by train)... However, you could encounter quite a difficulty at the moment of your check-in in Manila because its is highly questionable whether they will recognize such an itinerary as eligible one. If I were you I would find an alternative, definitely. Hope this helps.
