Sorry that no public transportation available at that time. You may need to wait till 6:00 when the metro starts running. Otherwise, you need to take a taxi, which is available 24 hours a day.
Option 1: take metro line 2 at 06:00 then transfer to line 1 to Shanghai South Railway Station then take a coach at Shanghai South Coach Station to Wuzhen, taking 3 hours in total.
Option 2: take metro line 2 to Hongqiao Railway Station then take a bullet train to Tongxiang Railway Station then hail a DiDi car to Wuzhen which takes about 2 hours in total.
Both coach and high speed train start to run in early morning, too.
