My family (6 people) will land at Pudong Shanghai Airport at 2:00 AM. How can I travel to Wuzhen?

Sorry that no public transportation available at that time. You may need to wait till 6:00 when the metro starts running. Otherwise, you need to take a taxi, which is available 24 hours a day.

Option 1: take metro line 2 at 06:00 then transfer to line 1 to Shanghai South Railway Station then take a coach at Shanghai South Coach Station to Wuzhen, taking 3 hours in total.
Option 2: take metro line 2 to Hongqiao Railway Station then take a bullet train to Tongxiang Railway Station then hail a DiDi car to Wuzhen which takes about 2 hours in total.
Both coach and high speed train start to run in early morning, too.

Thanks, Dorothy, for your quick and helpful response. Would it be possible to take a late-night bus from Pudong Airport to Hongqiao Railway Station?

Yes, you can take the late night bus to Hongqiao Railway Station at that time and then wait for the first train there to Tongxiang. The bus takes about 80 minutes.
