About:China Visa-free Policy

30 day visa-free policy expires 12/31/2025

Based on Chinas visa-free policy, my allowed duration of stay is 30 days. This policy (as of now) expires 12/31/2025. Can I stay into 2026, as long as I have entered China in 2025 and I am still within the 30 day period?

i am planning to fly into beijing for 28 days from the 21st of december i have New zealand passport, will need to go home on the 31st or am i allowed to stay as i entered before the free 30 day visa policy expires

You are allowed to stay for 30 days after entry before 31/12/2025.
