Is Hutong Transport Smart Card available for sale at Beijing International Airport Terminal 3?

It seems that Beijing Yikatong is no longer available to foreign tourists. You can buy Beijing Pass instead at the airports and major railway stations.

Information center at Beijing airports are named as Beijing Service 北京服务 since January of this year. You can buy Beijing Pass there
